We're so sorry to hear an item is missing from your order. Before contacting us, please double check your order confirmation and packing list, to see if everything is there.
If something is indeed missing, please reach out with the following:
- Your order number (starts with CS)
- A photo of the box you received
Possible solutions:
- If the original item you purchased is in stock, we'll work to send you the correct item.
- If the item is not available, we'll refund the missing item.
